SJN Building Consultants are pleased to have completed building reports for defect identification and maintenance of The Hermitage sales office in Gledswood Hills.

This report enabled our clients to arrange maintenance on the main building, carpark, and external entertainment areas with regard to building works and issues of public safety.

This included the inspection and reporting on the following areas:

  • External surfaces including pavements, landscaping, external walls, soffits, gutters, downpipes, and roofing.
  • Internal surfaces including floors, walls, ceilings and fixtures and fittings.
  • Kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Carpark areas including bitumen surface, car stops, bollards and gates.
  • External paved area including floors, surface drainage, gutters, and downpipes.
  • Playground area including floor surfaces and children’s play equipment.
  • Any safety issues relating to trip hazards and general public use.
